1. Website Ownership and Agreement: Eye Sea website is owned and operated by Eye Sea You. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Eligibility: Users must be at least 18 years old or of legal age in their jurisdiction to use our services. You must have the legal authority to enter into these Terms and not be prohibited from using our services by any applicable laws.

3. Online Purchases: Customers who have never visited our studio can purchase accessories online. Upon purchase, detailed instructions will be sent via email on how to capture a picture of your eye. This is necessary for the creation of your accessory.

4. In-Studio Experience: Visitors to our studio in Bali can enjoy a personalized experience, where we capture a picture of their eye for their chosen products.

5. Repeat Purchases: Returning customers who have previously visited our studio and have their eye on file can conveniently purchase additional products online without revisiting the studio.

6. Delivery: Worldwide delivery is available for all orders. Shipping times and costs vary depending on the destination country and will be displayed on checkout page.

7. Return Policy: Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns. All sales are final.

8. Replacement: Revisions to an order or replacement of an accessory due to damage are available within the initial 7-day period following receipt of the order.

9. Gift Certificate: When purchasing a gift certificate, the amount loaded onto the certificate cannot be refunded. Customers may only add additional funds and pay the difference if the desired product exceeds the value of the certificate.

10. Digital Copy: Customers are eligible to receive a complimentary digital copy of their eyes. This digital copy can be obtained by leaving a review on Google Maps or completing the feedback form on our website. The digital copy will be sent via email in PNG format, with dimensions of 1080x1920 pixels

11. Product Care: Customers are responsible for properly maintaining their products to ensure longevity. Instructions on how to care for the product will be provided upon purchase.

12. Right to Change Offering: Eye Sea reserves the right to change the services and products offered on the website without prior notice.

13. Intellectual Property: All materials on our website, including images and text, are the exclusive property of Eye Sea. Users are not granted any rights to use such materials.

14. Suspension or Cancelation: Eye Sea retains the right to suspend or cancel a user's account if they violate these Terms or engage in illegal activities.

15. Modification of Terms: Eye Sea reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

17. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that raw images of the eyes are not provided. For privacy and efficiency, all original files are securely deleted after editing. Additionally, due to the nature of acrylic printing/photo paper, colors may appear slightly softer compared to on-screen previews. Some variation is normal and does not qualify for a refund or reprint.
