Refund Policy

  1. Refund: Once a product is purchased and payment is made, we regret to inform you that we are unable to offer refunds. This policy is in place due to the nature of our handmade products and the personalized services we provide.

  2. Eligibility for Replacements:

    • To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned within 7 days of purchase.

    • Replacements are only available for products that are defective or damaged upon receipt, or if you received the wrong item.

  3. Initiating a Replacement:

    • To initiate a replacement, please contact us at eyeseadigital@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

    • Please provide your order date and name, details of the issue, and any relevant photographs of the product.

  4. Return Process:

    • Once your replacement request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.

    • Please securely package the item and return it to the address provided.

    • You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

  5. Replacement Processing:

    • Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your replacement.

    • If your replacement is approved, we will process the new item and arrange for shipment within 3-7 days.

    • The customer is responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with the replacement.

  6. Non-Replacement Items:

    • Certain items are not eligible for replacements, including:​
